1. Agreement to These Terms
By using SpaceFix, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software or start a subscription.
2. About SpaceFix
SpaceFix provides local storage analysis, safety classification, cleanup assistance, and related utilities for supported macOS systems.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter a contract and use the software in accordance with applicable law.
4. License to Use the App
SpaceFix is licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms and Apple’s applicable usage rules, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control.
5. 7-Day Introductory Trial
Eligible users may receive a 7-day introductory free trial. Eligibility is determined through Apple’s systems and may not be available to every user. The purchase screen shows the offer that applies before you subscribe.
6. Subscription
SpaceFix Pro is intended to be offered for $3.99 per month. The price, currency, tax, and terms displayed by the Mac App Store at purchase control if they differ from this website.
7. Automatic Renewal
After any eligible introductory period, the subscription automatically renews at the price shown by Apple unless you cancel according to Apple’s subscription settings and applicable rules.
8. Cancellation
You can manage or cancel the subscription through your Apple Account or the App Store. Cancellation prevents future renewals according to Apple’s settings; it does not automatically refund a charge already processed.
9. Mac App Store Purchases
Apple processes Mac App Store purchases and subscription management. Apple’s applicable Media Services terms and Licensed Application End User License Agreement also apply. SpaceFix does not independently process Apple payment-card details.
10. Restore Purchases
The app provides Restore Purchases through StoreKit. Use the same Apple Account associated with the subscription. Restoration depends on Apple returning a verified active entitlement.
11. Refunds
Refund eligibility and decisions for Mac App Store charges are handled through Apple’s applicable refund process. See the SpaceFix Refund Policy for a clear distinction between cancellation and refund requests.
12. App Functionality
SpaceFix measures accessible storage, explains supported categories, and performs supported actions at your direction. Results depend on macOS, permissions, local data, app version, and the areas available to scan.
13. Safe to Remove and Needs Review
Safe to Remove reflects items that pass SpaceFix’s current supported cleanup rules and fresh safety checks. It is not a universal promise that every possible circumstance carries zero risk. Needs Review items require your decision.
14. User Responsibility
Review explanations and warnings, keep appropriate backups, close applications when requested, and decide whether you still need Needs Review data. Files moved to Trash continue using storage until Trash is emptied.
15. macOS Permissions
Some features require access to folders you choose. If access is not granted or is later revoked, results may be partial and some actions may be unavailable. SpaceFix does not bypass macOS security protections.
16. Software Updates
Updates may provide fixes, compatibility changes, new features, or revised requirements. Availability may depend on macOS and the Mac App Store.
17. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse SpaceFix, circumvent subscription or security controls, access another person’s data without authorization, interfere with the app or App Store, or reverse engineer the software except where applicable law expressly permits it.
18. Intellectual Property
SpaceFix software, branding, website, and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant permission to use the app but do not transfer ownership.
19. Third-Party Services
Apple and macOS services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. SpaceFix is not responsible for third-party services beyond responsibilities that applicable law requires.
20. Availability
SpaceFix may be unavailable or limited because of permissions, files in use, protected or system-managed storage, macOS changes, StoreKit status, network availability for Apple services, or maintenance.
21. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpaceFix is provided “as is” and “as available.” It does not guarantee a specific amount of recoverable space, complete access to all storage, uninterrupted operation, or complete antivirus protection.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpaceFix and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the app. This does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
23. Termination
You may stop using SpaceFix at any time. Rights under these Terms may end if you materially violate them. Subscription access also depends on Apple returning a valid entitlement.
24. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer protections, statutory warranties, refund rights, or remedies that apply in your country or region.
25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator in Pakistan, without removing mandatory consumer protections or choice-of-law rights that apply where you live.
26. Changes
We may update these Terms prospectively as SpaceFix or legal requirements change. The Last Updated date identifies the current version, and additional notice will be given where required.
